Coaching Experience
I work with baseball players who want to improve their mechanics, build confidence, and train with purpose. My coaching blends technical instruction, mental preparation, and repeatable routines to help athletes make meaningful progress over time.

I have been giving private baseball lessons in Massachusetts for more than 10 years, working with pitchers and hitters across a wide range of ages and experience levels. My specialty is helping high school pitchers improve mechanics, arm care habits, mound confidence, and overall preparation. Training takes place at the CoachUp Training Center in Woburn, MA, a high-quality indoor facility that includes a full batting cage, turf mound, radar gun, and access to a weight room operated by Bando Performance. This environment allows athletes to develop skill, strength, and consistency in a setting built for serious training.

What a Session Looks Like
Each session is tailored to the athlete, but the goal is always the same: create purposeful reps, clear feedback, and a plan for improvement. For pitchers, sessions often begin with arm care, arm strengthening, and movement prep to build healthy routines and reduce injury risk. From there, we work through mechanics using dry drills, no-ball movements, and specific cueing before progressing into throwing, long toss, flat grounds, or mound work depending on the athlete’s age and goals. Sessions also include discussion around pitch grips, sequencing, approach, and the mental side of competing so players leave with both physical and mental tools they can apply right away.
Build the Foundation
Arm care, warm-up structure, movement prep, and strength habits that support long-term development.
Refine Mechanics
Detailed drill work and throwing progressions designed to improve consistency, efficiency, and command.
Compete with Confidence
Mindset, pitch sequencing, and game application so athletes can transfer training into real performance.
