Coaching Experience
Giving Private lessons for the last 10 years in Massachusetts. I typically work with pitchers and hitters of all ages with a specialty in high school pitchers. All training takes place at the CoachUp Facility in Woburn, MA which is outfitted with a full batting cage, turf mound, radar gun and access to a weight room run by Bando performance.

Session Plan
Pitcher Focused session beginning with solid arm care, arm strengthening, injury prevention habits. Mechanical work including no ball, dry mechanic drills, followed by long toss, pitch grips and light flat ground session. Post workout mental aspect of pitching talk about mindset and pitch sequences.
